岗位职责
- Respond to business users' inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
- Resolve technical and operational issues related to ERP applications
- To analysis data and build up various analysis reports
- Assist management in creating training materials and documentation on system applications
- Design and implement test scenarios and test cases
- Execute functional testing, regression testing, system integration testing and user acceptance testing
- Report daily projects / tasks progress and status to supervisor
任职资格
- Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of working experience
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel
- Sound Knowledge of ERP applications, MS SQL, BI, etc.
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills, self-motivated and adaptive to changes
- Good documentation and presentation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
- Immediate Availability would be an advantage
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered
